【活動報告】
11月3日（土）、KEIO 2020 project メンバー16名は、第24回都筑区民まつりにて英国事前キャンプPRブースを出展しました。横浜市都筑区には横浜国際プールという競泳用プールがあり、2020年東京オリンピックでは英国選手団が事前キャンプで使用することが決定しています。今回は主にその告知を目的としています。
また、イギリスについてさらに興味を持ってもらうため、イギリスの紅茶の試飲やオリンピックに関連するクイズ、さらにロンドン橋を模した子供向けのリンボーダンスなどを行いました。
ブースに立ち寄って下さった方々から事前キャンプやKEIO 2020 projectの活動についての質問を多く頂き、地域全体で関心が高まっていることを実感しました。今回地域の方々の声を直接伺えたことで見えた現状を踏まえ、今後もより多くの人に知って頂けるよう活動していきたいです。

【Activity Report】
On November 3rd (Sat), 16 members of the KEIO 2020 project set up a booth at the 24th Tsuzuki Ward Festival. The booth aimed to publicize the fact that Team GB will be using the Yokohama International Swimming Pool located in the Tsuzuki Ward during their pre-games training camp at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Furthermore, we prepared various activities such as tasting of the British tea, quizzes on the Olympics and Paralympics, and limbo dancing for children that modeled the London Bridge to get more local people interested in Britain.
Throughout the festival, we received many questions regarding the pre-game training camp and the activities of KEIO 2020 project from the locals who stopped by at our booth, and felt how interst towards Tokyo 2020 is growing among the locals. Keeping what we heard from the people in Tsuzuki Ward in mind, we will strive to promote more about the pre-game training camp as well as about our activity.
