【活動報告】
KEIO 2020 project メンバー3名と体育研究所の教職員1名は、9月20日に横浜マラソンボランティアに関する事前打ち合わせを行いました。横浜マラソン組織委員会事務局の方々から、当日の流れや注意事項についてご指導いただきました。改めて、横浜マラソンという大きなイベントを作り上げることに協力でき、とても光栄に思います。ボランティアをするにあたって高い意識と責任感を持ち、ランナーの皆さんをサポートできるよう一生懸命頑張ります。10月28日横浜マラソン当日を楽しみにしています。
【Activity Log】
On September 20th, three members of the KEIO2020project and one teacher from the Institute of Physical Education at Keio University visited the Yokohama Marathon Committee and held a pre-meeting. Approximately 90 Keio students are going to participate in Yokohama Marathon 2018 as a sports volunteer. The executives gave us an overall explanation on how we need to prepare for this upcoming event and how we should volunteer during that day. This meeting reminded us that we will be having a very important event and need to engage with a high level of ‘hospitality’ to support runners. We look forward to the day of the marathon.
