【活動報告】
2018年12月21日、日吉商店街の方々を対象としたひよしマップ説明会を開催いたしました。ひよしマップとは、私たちKEIO 2020 projectが作成予定の日吉商店街のマップです。今回の説明会に際して、港北区役所、日吉商店街各通りの組合の方々、日吉商店街の銀行や郵便局、保育園、レストラン、などの方々が体育研究所まで足を運んでくださいました。説明会では、まず私たちKEIO 2020 projectの目的や活動内容について、その後にひよしマップの目的や対象、マップの形態、今後のスケジュールについて説明させて頂くと共に、他の日吉商店街のお店の方々への情報共有もお願いさせて頂きました。最後の質疑応答の時間では、日吉商店街の方々から様々なご意見をいただき大変参考になりました。ひよしマップについて日吉商店街の方に知っていただく非常に重要な説明会となりました。
【Activity Report】
On December 21th (Fri), 2018 we held a meeting to explain about the Hiyoshi Map to people working in the Hiyoshi Shopping Town. The Hiyoshi map is a map of the Hiyoshi Shopping Town that we, members of the KEIO 2020 project, are planning to design. Many people came to the building of Keio University’s Institute of Physical Education for this meeting, including workers at the Kohoku Ward Office, leaders of the Hiyoshi Shopping Town, as well as workers in the post office, banks, nurseries, and restaurants. At the meeting, we, members of the KEIO 2020 project first explained about our aims and objectives, and later presented our target audience, possible visual formats as well as the future plans of the Hiyoshi Map. At the same time, we requested spreading information about the Hiyoshi Map with the other shops in the Hiyoshi Shopping Town. During the question-and-answer session in the end, we received a lot of opinions from the Hiyoshi Shopping Town which were very useful. Overall, it was such an important opportunity to allow people in the Hiyoshi Shopping Town to get to know about the Hiyoshi Map.
